Project Manager
We partnered with Deloitte and SCADpro studio to design and collaborate upon systems thinking, quantum computing, and effective scheduling. The challenge was to design an effective and ingenious scheduling system for our client: TSA Agency alongside UX & Service Design, Research, and Storytelling.
As Project Manager, my role was to translate and execute ideas into actionable solutions, to stay up to date on the latest technologies/trends and how they can be implemented within the creative work, & cross functional relationship between the project's stakeholders.

To unify and inspire a diverse team of 9 creatives from different creative fields: Photography, Graphic Design, Brand Management, Illustration, UX Design, Animation.

Ability to lead effective interactions with strategists, account, studio, production and others.

To design an effective work plan, set goals, delegate, and prioritize timelines.

Time Management, Resource Allocation, Problem-Solving, and Product Design within a 10-week time frame.

Empathize: To understand TSA agents and their need for efficient scheduling while serving the country. Interviews, Surveys, Case scenarios, Trends Report Research, "How Might We" Statements.

Define: Data & Insights Translation. Problem framing. Data clustering. Insights Translation.

Delivery: The final product was delivered to Deloitte agents, TSA agency officials and stakeholders. It's currently under coding & development.
Key Takeaways
As Project Manager, this was a great opportunity to build and strength team leadership among strategists, account, and client interactions.
I learned how important it is to take initiative, specially when being given a short timeline and limited resources for development.
